There’s actually a built-in spelling checker. Right-click on a word you’ve misspelled, and it will display the correct spelling (unless you’re just too far off).

    There’s actually a built-in spelling checker.

That’s a function of the browser, not the website, and not all browsers have it.

Hey, that’s kind of interesting. Thanks.

EDIT: Just checked in IE, FF and Chrome. (Was hoping Chrome didn’t have it.) Grrr

Okay, so you’re using Internet Explorer, which stinks. Firefox is very good. I’m a computer engineering major and I recommend it. πŸ™‚

OneOfMany – LOL, don’t think I missed that.

Would you like fries with that?

One for me, one for my friend Dan Quayle.

Was hoping Chrome didn’t have it.

I probably wouldn’t use it if it didn’t. Spell check was one the original reasons I switched away from IE (does the newest version have it?).

DaasYochid: Too bad it does then, eh? IE 9 doesn’t have it, by the way.

According to the stats on my blog IE ranks second after Chrome, and Firefox is third.

On OS X, misspelled words are underlined in red. Right click on it and you get the right spelling.

yitay – you have a blog?

I used to use mozzerella firefox but they went through a “not responding” rut a couple months ago and I switched. I thought IE was just a decoration on my desktop.
