    Can you leave a part of your ballot blank and not vote if you are undecided on a certain race?

    I’m pretty sure you can skip parts, or you can write in somebody like Yehuda Levin for those races.

    So on any race where there was just a Democrat and nobody running against them, I did a write in and wrote B. Obama.

    So I voted for Obama like 5 times. And only voted for Romney once. What does that say?
