60 in the summer, 70 in the winter. Always overcompensate for the temperature of the environment.
Did you know that in Europe, even today, very few people have air conditioning in their homes? Even in rich Germany only 2% of homes have air conditioning.
Depends on the person.
I’ve noticed some unit vary greatly for a given temperature.
