Does anyone know anything about this prayer?

It’s a page or two of Zohar. What’s your question?

What is it? What does it talk about? When is it said?

The Moroccan minhag is to say it before Shacharit and Mincha. Also, the Ben Ish Chai says to say part of it on the nights of Rosh Hashanah before the meals.

Should be said before davening. If I remember correctly, the HID”A says that it opens the gates to allow the Tefilos to go up.

You can read it in any Sefaradi or “Sfard” siddur. English translations of such siddurim are readily available. It is not a prayer. There are various customs on when to say it.

    Kollelman; spot on,
I’ve heard that in Skver they say it every morning before Davening, inc. Shabbos
