I’m not fasting. Hehe.
Yes, me too. I know some women don’t fast on minor fast days, but I have no reason not to – and actually at this time of the year it makes me feel better to do so.

NY Mom, thanks for commiserating. lol. Fasting doesn’t effect me much so I shouldn’t be complaining.
btw, how’d your YT come out in the end? Did you have time to finish preparing?

So how is your fast day treating ya? 😉
Mepal: B”H, yes, but just under the gun.
Part of the problem is I tend to prepare too much food – which doesn’t end up getting eaten on YT, but I don’t want to be without just in case I end up needing it.
And I have procrastinator tendencies 🙁
NY Mom, so you’ll learn to balance the coffee, and cooking and baking to a minimum! lol, I know the feeling. I grew up with a mother like that. Always making just one more dish…and there was always leftovers to deal with.
Come to think of it, what DO you guys do with leftovers? Any grand idea?

I’m making corn flakes chicken and chicken soup with rice ; maybe a salad and ill probably buy some kaak. For my husband and my sister and her husband.
