Are you still supporting the Democrat Party, after it’s obvious that this party is the party of anti-semitism or are you gonna lap up the yeshiva funding speech by self-serving askonim?

    #1691791

The democratic party is not anti Semitic, it’s just few weirdoes on the sidelines who make a lot of noise. and yes the funding for yeshivos and kollel yungerleit is very important for klal yisroel as a whole. That’s besides for the fact that there are many republican anti Semites.

They used to not have those weirdos. The left embraces anti-semitic rhetoric, as part of their platform. These two weirdos are a reflection of the direction of the democrat party. Who among the Republicans are anti-semites? Are there any on committees? Pelosi didn’t even make them accountable. What about the Whip from South Carolina? Is he just one of the weirdos? I don’t think you have been to a college campus recently, where this anti-semitism has become widely accepted.

Let’s get this straight: There’s one person you’re talking about (Ilhan Omar) who made some comments that were intended to criticize Israel, but worded rather anti-Semitically. She was roundly criticized by her entire party and that should have been the end of it. But now every time she speaks about foreign policy, some idiot in the ADL or NY Post is trying to make it as if she asked for another Holocaust.

Meanwhile, our beloved President has said far worse and gotten away with it. Steve King R. IA has had openly racist and anti-Semitic views for a long time and the worst that’s happened to him is that he doesn’t sit on any major committees.

So by all means, make fun of Jewish Democrats! But don’t come crying to daddy when your own Republican hypocrisy is revealed.

    Yserbius,
    1. Pres. Trump is the most pro-Israel POTUS ever and has appointed friends of religious freedom to SCOTUS and lower Federal courts.
2.Omar ym”s sits on the Foreign Affairs Committee! Tlaib ym”s also sits on important committees. Nobody is talking about removing them. Expelling someone requires a two-thirds vote. In the entire history of the House of Representatives only six were expelled. Four for supporting the Confederacy and two after felony convictions.

She was criticizing Israel because she’s anti-Semitic. King isn’t on any committees.

    #1692377

Let’s start with the fact that the KKK endorsed Trump for one thing

If Trump endorsed the KKK, you’d have a story.
(No, his silly comment about “fine people on both sides” doesn’t qualify)

    “King isn’t on any committees.”

Always so sure, always so wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
King was only removed from 2 committees, he is still on the small business committee. Far more Jews are in small business than Agriculture (he was removed from that committee).

The KKK is much less powerful than the Dem anti-Semitic party.

So, you admit that tue Republicans did something about King, while the democrats xontinue to allow Omar, Tlaib, and Cortex to spread anti-Semitic propaganda.

So he’s on a committee that no one cares about. So, do you like the idea of the democrats allowing her anti-Semitic comments to go unpunished?

And Rep. Omar was not removed from ANY committees, unlike what the Republicans did to King. Omar wasn’t punished in any way for her blatant antisemitism because the Democrats are antisemites.

Schumer was notably silent. These weren’t Omar’s first foray into antisemitism. A few years ago she accused israel of hypnotizing the world. A few weeks back she said the only reason Congress supported Israel was because AIPAC was buying their votes ( Jews control the banks ) ( it’s all about the Benjamins). Her advisor.is Farrakhan and she recently spoke at a dinner sponsored by a Hamas affiliate.
And, CT lawyer, she described that watered down resolution as a statement against Islamophobia!!!

    TNAT:

    Why not?

Because he wasn’t referring to white supremacists and black racists as the two sides. He was referring to pro statue and anti statue.

CTL, that committee only deals with general programs. It certainly cannot discriminate against Jewish-owned businesses. Omar is on the Committee on the Budget, the Committee on Education and Labor and the Committee on Foreign Affairs. Do you have any idea how much damage she can do?

CTL, you need to rethink your blind loyalty to the Democratic party. Don’t become a Republican, fine, but blindly following a party which refuses to quash its blatantly anti-Semitic members is an affront to your own people.

Only the Dems have their “wierdos”; the Republicans are all pure souls who only want the best for Yidden,, Muslims, Blacks, Hispanics and and other minorities. Never a single case of a Republican having post anti-semitic tropes, retweeted conspiracy theories from whie supremacist websites, etc.i

    #1693370

Democrats are always in a stae of ad dlo yoda bein arur Haman l’boruch Mordechai, they remain clueless, confused, and intoxicated with their policies.

To all who are attacking me:
I made no comment about Omar or anti-semitism. I pointed out that ‘1’ posted false information.

The only Marx I might have voted for is Groucho. I am a capitalist, not a Communist.

I have stated before I will not get into back and forth with ‘1’ his baiting is reprehensible and not worthy of my time. I point out untruths he posts and move on. Have fun slinging mud

CTL, as a matter of fact, not only can dead people can vote for live people but live people can vote for dead people. Five US politicians were elected posthumously (you can google it if you are interested in knowing who).

    @AviK

The read politician had to be alive when ballots were authorized by the secretary of the individual state. Not all states have mechanisms in place to remove a certified candidate after the cutoff date and before the election even if they die.
The number is far greater than five. In my little town I remember two such cases over the years with candidates for Town Council and Board of Finance.

Cpt Bump- Nah that would be impossible, dead people don’t tweet.
