What do you typically eat during the meal at the seuda? Do you make your chicken in a pot? with the no roasting prpoblem how does everyone serve meats and baked chicken?

Putting your chicken in the oven uncovered on ‘roast’ a little, is not considered Tzli Eish. Roasting chicken completely on a rod, so that the skin is visibly shriveled, and the chicken is dry, is another story.

    Ask your LOR.

    Talmud, it’s still “tzli keidar”.

    Ask your posek.

crdle – “with the no roasting prpoblem how does everyone serve meats and baked chicken?” – They don’t

talmud – Look in Mishna Berura 476a – we do not eat oven roasted, even if it was first cooked in a pot.
