I would like to buy my husband a menorah for chanukah and I would like to get a good deal. Anyone know the price ranges for a silver menorah? (Average size) Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

IMHO its a matter of taste fisrt, and budget second. The piece you like and will admire when it sits in your breakfront may cost under $500, so that migt be a better value than getting a $1500 monster for $750.

If it were me, I’d aim for something that wil be a good neighbor to your Shabbos leicher. (and not what your neighbors will admire)

All I know is that I sure am glad we bought our menorah about 10 years ago for $400. Because the same one now runs $1,000+. This is a larger menorah, that we figure will become a family heirloom. But you should be able to get a medium size for about $400-$800, depending on size and where you buy it. We buy a silver from a lady outside of Bklyn who sells out of her house. Much more reasonable then the stores on 13th Ave.

By a silver plated one at Amazing Savings for $40 and save the money for a vacation.
