    How does one share 4 hours of sleep with two days?

    (I am mevatel anything spewed from my sleepless brain…it’s not me)

    To get through the day I think I’ll close one eye at a time, or maybe better yet, operate in sleep mode.

    er, how about less coffee[room] and more sleep šŸ™‚

    I can’t manage with less than 6 hours a day. How do you do it?

    does anyone have a solution for me?

    i have a very hard time falling asleep! i could be in bed for hours and be tired but won’t fall asleep!

    That IS actually pretty close to the way sharks sleep.

    They sleep one half of their brain at a time.

    Sounds unbelieveable, no?

    I need at least 7 hours of sleep and that usually dosent happe…..:(

    I don’t get very much sleep and I work for a place where I am doing a lot of hard work, such as shleping lots of heavy things. Last night I was out until 4:00am dealing with a dinner yet I still had to get up for shachris this morning. Who needs sleep anyway?

    Hi humans. Back from collapsing on a (was that a bed?) for 3 hours. Feels so good to be able to think.

    hakol-ambien it helps a lot. but then u become addicted and then haveto wean youself off. thats what i did but b”h it worked. another thing i do is let a movie or tv play in the background on mute. it helps me tremendously and thats better than the ambien. u might wake up just to turn it off but its def worth it. or try melatonin.

    i find that the more i sleep the more sleep I need! Its a never ending battle!

    adorable: I think it’s a bad habit instilled in new-borns, selfish new parents don’t want to be bothered by baby’s cry, so they train him to sleep. SELFISH!

    ZK- LOL you are right I never thought about it that way- its a bad habit that starts way back when as infants! But I still think I will have my kids sleeping lots…
