And by the way , that A rating you see on stores? a store could have a whole bunch of major violations. including mice, cross contamination,and other yummy stuff . and i dont even want to tell you what grade pending is. …

Having worked as a mashgiach in a commercial setting, I assure you this thread hasnt even scratched the surface!
this is why I make my own subway rat stew.
A friend of mine once tried to get back at the deli man by spitting into the cholent pot (by spitting I mean a big glob of..) but Mr. Deli just calmly walked over to the pot picked up the ladle and stirred it.
Just some food for thought to chow over your cholent.
My friend did this after the resturant boss slapped him in the face for having the chutzpah to mention the mice running around in the kitchen.
