doesn’t everyone go out with their families on chol hamoed? the only reason i’m home is because i’m not in the mood. i don’t even know where they went in the end.

apparently not, anonymisss. i’m bored too.

lets see: i woke up really late and had matzah-brei and orange juice. then ice cream. about an hour later i ate leftover roast and potatoes. then i had a few brownies (like half a tin) and roasted nuts… and guess what? i’m STARVING and there’s nothing to eat and i could use a barbecue right here, right now.

here’s my menu for the day: woke up at eleven and “ate” coffee for breakfast. a few hours later i had coffee and choco cake for late lunch. a few hours ago i had chicken cutlet and that was the extent of what i ate today and I’m STARVING!!!!! we need a bbq!

Jax- i was supposed to go to the concert, but didn’t. I regret it for one reason- I could’ve bumped into you 😉 All I have to do is look for an uncle with a smile as wide as the highway- shlepping 3 nephews behind him. haha

so nobody is partying today? Was everyone scared off by the the schitzo in our midst 😉

moish- you should’ve gone with the fam. Even if you’re in a lousy mood, it’s best to get out and get distracted… not wallow in your mood, alone in bed… 🙁

aussie, you would really want to go? i have no interest in the world.

areivim, i have no desire to go to the crayola factory. so yes, i’m home. maybe i should have gone to great adventure with my friends but i didn’t. (anyway there was no way i was willing to wake up that early…)

So nobody did anything at all on Chol Hamoed? What a shame. My family would kill if we didn’t do anything.

Guys, may I remind you that G-d commanded us to eat matzah because He loves us! Pesah is a gift, from the Creator, designed to rejuvenate our spiritual batteries in only a way that Pesah can. (Check out Derech HaShem on the Holidays)

Perhaps you need to get some tasty handmade matzah with some cream cheese or peanut butter and you will then never complain again!

Live and love the moment for what it is.
