Another Mi k’Amch Yisroel story. We had a flat (to put it mildly) yesterday on a major highway. No less than seven Yiddishe cars (actually it was the drivers) stopped to assist. If it was any of you reading this THANK YOU!!! (and also now you know who.. oops)

Love the title! Was the pun intended?

I’m gonna assume so, as I’m pretty sure it was something different before…

    WriterSould: Yes it WAS!

I was waiting for someone to “chap”. Every pun of mine is intended.

So you Shreck should be in the business of composing poetry, where last words on each line have to rhyme.

    That would be mighty rediculous

A task like that’s quite meticulous

Maybe therein lies the issue. Seven tires are hard to keep focused.

I have heard that there are non Jews that keep a yarmulka in their car for the even that they have a flat tire or some other road issue. They then put it on and get assistance much faster than AAA can ever imagine.

HaLeiVi: No, the tires are focused (most of them), it’s the driver…

They stopped to help you or perhaps because they had hit the same pothole?

WIY: I think that fact is in a Hanoch Teller book somewhere.
