I had to work yesterday so today feels like a thursday.
If you said long tachanun today because you felt it like Monday, I think you should say (long) tachanun again.
Ummm today is like Thursday so u have to say long tachanun but if like one day u feel like saying it linger u cnt just like say xtra
“Today felt so much like Monday that I even said long tachanun” Which implies that tomorrow will feel like a Tuesday. Just be careful you don’t make the day after that into a Wednesday!

Sidi Popa must have had yesterday off for the national holiday so since yesterday felt like a sunday today felt like a monday.
You cant just say long tachanun when you feel like it. Anyway kn Monday you’re SUPPOSED to say long tachanun

Go to a Chassidishe minyan, you will get away with the Tachnun on Fridays.
