Think BIG: sorry, i misunderstood your line. (i’m a little slow today) I thought you meant “don’t you know its the nine days?!” when really all you meant was to comment that it must be the nine days if I want a fish recipe. I apologize for the mix-up ;-(

no but if you wanat an amazn one for baby salmon:

wash the salmon pour on garlic powder a little bit of curry and the honey bbq SPICE from billy bee. and bake it in the oven for like 20-25 min. not more

serve it with grilled veggis and brown rice. and vwala a healthy hearty supper!

Easier than easy – pour some teriyaki sesame marinade sauce over the tuna or salmon steaks and then bake covered at 350 degrees until the fish flakes easily.

First of all as aproffesional chef, the best place to get your fish is Ossies Fish.

They always have the freshest and most beatiful fish. thaey also deliver and if u want there # it’s 718-436-1151. (they even deliver to lakewood)

now the best way to cook it is to marinate in soy sauce put sesame seeds on it and then sear it. 2-3 minutes each side and ur done.

Any recipes other than grilling? Preferrably cooked tuna steak?

When listening to a cooking show on the radio I heard the host suggest poaching tuna steaks–cooking in a pot of seasoned simmering water.
