Can one get a haircut on Tzom Gedalyah or during Aseres Yimei Teshuvah?
during aseres yemai teshuvah i dont think there is a problem. on a taanis i seem to remember learning that its best not to.
Asseres Yemei Teshuva has none of restrictions of 9 days via vis meat or shaving or laundering. Yet 9 days has none of the pressures of Selichos and insertions in the Amidah.
