    When does one start davening if they daven k’vesikin?

    The starting time is a function of how fast they daven, and how much they skip (e.g. do they say everything in the siddur, or go striaght from brachos to Rabi yishmael). On the average, about half an hour before netz. One has to ask.

    In Jerusalem generally they start 20 min before ?? ????? ????? ?????? ?????? ??????

    On Shabbos, our minyan starts ~50 minutes, on weekday Yom Tov; ~40 minutes and on regular weekdays ~30 minutes (Nusach Ashkenaz).

    147: If on Shabbos, ~50 min.; if on weekday, ~40 min. All the piyutim and additions are after Shachris.
