They just disappear suddenly, usually about the time you most need them.

Oish… Is that really what my silly threads all sound like?

I can hardly ever find two shoes at the same time. Find one, lose the other.

Downhill, mostly. The other choice is not a lot better. It’s an uphill battle.

Stuff just disappear exactly when you need them. Why do they do that? I understand that my shoes may not like when I step on them, but I treat them better than most people do theirs.

My bed is built without a space under it so nothing can hide there.

This should have been titled ” left handed/ otherwise disorganized” thread.

    #1016306

I object to the demonization of left-handed people

    #1016307

Why? Were not demonizing them-they ARE demons!

The most exciting thing happened the other day! I found my missing sock squished up between the washer and the wall.

Sometimes your missing stuff is in between a rock and a hard place, and it misses you too.

In response to comment by “the plumber” about checking the frig, I just wanted to add to check the oven. Many years ago I bought my son a pair of sandals and he wore them maybe two or three times. I went to look for them the next day and “poof”, no more sandals. I looked EVERYWHERE. He had to have shoes to go to gan, so I was really stuck. I ended up going out later that day and buying him a new pair. The following week I opened the lower oven to put lunch in and VOILA! two sandals on the try. I guess he or his sister was playing mommy making lunch and decided that his sandals were the yummiest option available, LOL!!!

We once had a guy come to fix our washing machine and when he removed the front panel there were tons of socks in there.

There was actually a sock stuck in the drain hose, and that was the problem.
