    Supreme Health has many branches, including one in Lakewood n the Cedarbridge Plaza. You can also buy it in the health food aisle of the “Coop” in Lakewood. It comes in a bag or packet, and it is used in gluten-free baking or salad dressings. It is a powder.

    Bob’s Red Mill makes it in 8 oz bags.

    Look for it is in health food stores. You can order it from their site.

    If you are going gluten free, you may also try their gluten free flour with xanthan or guar gum. Pamelas is known for good gluten free flour.

    It does require a hechsher, due to the fermentation process involved in its production.
