    yeah because it’s gonna be loads of fun sitting on a cramped el-al plane. unless i get to go first class. but what exactly am i gona do there? sit in the hotel and watch tv? not exactly my idea of fun.

    Anyone here ever been to Banff/Calgary/Jasper/LakeLouise area?

    My husband and I are looking at where to go in spring. Our choices are between Ireland, Panama, Calgary/Banff, Iceland or Seattle area.

    SJS – never been there but did look into it not long ago. Canadian Rockies are beautiful, be prepared for lots of driving. Not so much in the attractions area as opposed to lots of stunning sightseeing

    you fly first class? pampered! even i never did and my parents only do when they fly by themselves. once they’re taking kids my mother won’t do it.
