Can we please take upon ourselves to be mekabel not to speak loshon hora for any 2 hrs today as a zechus for finding the missing nine year old boy Yehuda Ben Ita Esther. He should return home safely immediately.

I will try to say only what is absolutely neccessary for a full day in the z’chus of Yehuda Ben Ita Esther (almost complete silence). This of course includes a 24 hour period of no loshen hara. I am able to do this more easily today because I am away at a kempeturin home and do not have my usual daily tests. I plead that everyone add a bit more than their regular effort for this more urgent need for this pure Yiddishe neshoma. When we push a bit more, Hashem gives more. I’m imagining what would I feel like if it was my child missing – and now I realize that yes – this child IS ALL of ours – klal Yisroel Am Echad! Every little committment counts A LOT!

i got a text saying that a story is going around that he might be kidnapped by someone who is in a fight with his father. has anyone heard this unconfirmed report? if it’s not true, ppl should not be spreading things like that.
i’ll take 8- 10, but i hope they find him alive and fine, well before then.
