9:55PM EST: (Click HERE for photos) There is a large power outage affecting the entire Seagate and parts of Coney Island – in Brooklyn South. Numerous NYPD units are responding to assist in securing the area. Misaskim is establishing their state-of-the-art command post in Seagate, and have dispatched multiple generators with light towers to the area as well.
