This morning, Sunday, 2 Cheshvan, Rebitzen Simcha Mor-Yosef ob”m was niftar at the age of 94. She was a daughter of Rav David Abuchatzera HY”D, the older brother of the Abuchatzera family. Rebitzen Simcha was two when her father was murdered and she was raised in the homes of family, the Baba Sali and the Baba Chaki.

The rebitzen came to Eretz Yisrael in the 1960s and moved to Moshav Sdei Tzvi in the northern Negev. Her husband, HaTzaddik HaRav Shaul Mor-Yosef Zatzal was niftar about ten years ago.

The levaya took place today, Sunday, at 2:00pm from the niftar’s home to the Moshav Alumim cemetery.
