SHULS VANDALIZED: Los Angeles Jewish Community Attacked By Violent Thugs In “Protests” [VIDEOS]

National Guard troops deployed onto the streets of Los Angeles early Sunday morning as looting, vandalism and violence intensified and the Police Department struggled to restore order after two days of discord.

The dramatic move came after a day of deteriorating conditions, as protests marking the killing of George Floyd by Minneapolis police began peacefully but turned violent. Demonstrators burned Los Angeles Police Department cruisers, threw objects at officers and looted retail businesses, including the Apple Store and Nordstrom at the Grove shopping mall. Some protesters even made it to Beverly Hills’ famed Rodeo Drive, where they were met by a line of officers.

Police and protesters spent hours in a tense standoff, with police shooting rubber bullets and striking demonstrators with batons while several police cars were set on fire and other vehicles vandalized.

About a dozen destroyed or defaced LAPD cruisers sat abandoned. The odor of charred rubber wafted through the area. The cruisers’ windows were smashed, mirrors ripped out and the vehicles’ bodies scrawled with anti-police slogans.

Many Shuls and Jewish-owned businesses were vandalized. A Jewish-community activist tells YWN that as many as 75% of the Jewish-owned businesses on “La Brea” were vandalized last night.

  1. Isn’t this the same city of the famous “can’t we all just get along” mantra?? These are not human beings but I refuse to call them animals as that is a busha for the animals. This is how they mourn their brother by destroying and hurting and vandalism. BTW – Baltimore has over 300 dead for the past number of years from their killing each other… where is their outrage then? We have a primary coming up. How much do you want to bet the citizenry reelects the same do nothing losers!! Our mayor during Freddy Gray riots famously said “give them space to destroy “. Same as all these liberal demonrats leaders. Disgusting.

  2. Strong work to the Fairfax/ Hancock Park Yidden who had to go through this already in 1992. In fact, the chevra effecting a citizens arrest is doing so at the same location that was burned to the ground on April 30,1992 by uzi weilding gang members. Back then, the local residents helped a lone four man engine crew dowse a fire that would normaly draw a response of 50 fire fighters. That day remains etched in the collective memory of the community.

  3. PSC, the police are not the problem. The problem is those politicians and “community activisits” who want crime and chaos and destruction, and have therefore been deliberately running a hate campaign against the police, and calling for the abolition of all policing, so that criminals can do whatever they want and terrorize all decent people. The same people constantly call for more and more gun control, so that decent people who keep the law will be unable to defend themselves from their constituents. But it never occurs to them that if there are no more police who exactly is going to enforce these laws of theirs? Nobody.
