Russian drones struck Kyiv early Tuesday, hitting a gas station and warehouse facilities as Moscow continued its long-range aerial campaign against the Ukrainian capital.
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said one drone struck a gas station in one section of the city, while warehouses were hit elsewhere, according to Reuters.
Emergency crews were dispatched following the overnight attacks. Initial reports did not immediately provide a complete casualty assessment or indicate the full extent of the damage.
The attack comes as both sides increasingly rely on long-range drones to strike targets well beyond the front lines, with Ukraine simultaneously expanding attacks against military and energy facilities inside Russia.
