Policewoman Who Kicked Peleg Protesters Interviewed By Justice Ministry Investigators

“Video! Video were the shouts heard at a Peleg faction protest in Jerusalem last week and now, it seems there was merit to those words as the policewoman seen kicking protesters was interviewed by Justice Ministry Police Investigations Unit officials on Sunday, 2 Cheshvan.

The policewoman was photographed and documented by a young chareidi man, and then distributed in the Watsapp group, which distributes videos and pictures of what is happening in the demonstrations, and provides aid to journalists in direct reports from the field.

Following the filming, it was decided to summon the policewoman for questioning, and as stated earlier Sunday morning 2 Cheshvan, she filed a complaint with the Department for the Investigation of Police by the Ministry of Justice and was asked to give her version of what was documented.

It should be noted here that another incident led to the interrogation of another policeman from the Jerusalem district who was documented taking out his pistol and asking: “Someone wants to get a bullet.”

  1. But they don’t interview the yahoos blocking ambulances etc.
im tochalna nashim piryam mashmi’im, im yehareg bemikdash hashm kohen venavi lo mashmi’im

  2. I would have done much more to them than merely kick them. I feel like traveling to E’Y just to get them out of the way……………… what else is she supposed to do when she is surrounded by tons of these batlonim. They belong in the BM or they should be working or going to the army!

  3. This woman soldier is a GOOD example of how to behave and protect yourself against a hound of frum animals.

What should have been investigated is where was her back up help? There should have been other soldiers there to support her from this pack of frum animals.

  4. On the one side, we have people prepared to sit in jail and take body blows from heavily armed, muscular riot police and soldiers.
On the other side, we have “Jews” cheering on secular “Jews” who kick unarmed, non-violent protesters.
I know which side I prefer to be on.
YWN, why do you let sick comments such as that of “Jerusalem observer” through?

  5. Looking at this video for the first time I honestly don’t see anything wrong with what she did. She was not acting aggressive and her kicks looked more like warnings to move back than desire to actually harm someone. The only time it looks like she lost her cool is when someone kicked her from behind without cause.
As far as the other cop, pulling out a gun was inexcusable and dangerous! He should definitely be reprimanded. Such actions could potentially exacerbate into a major upheaval if someone gets killed.
