Following surgery conducted on Rabbi Yoshiyahu Pinto before Shabbos in New York City’s Lenox Hill Hospital, it is reported the rav’s condition now has complications.
The rav’s Shuvu Yisrael kehilla is concerned by the news from NYC, and it is reported his condition is life-threatening. There are conflicting reports regarding the hospital, some citing Lenox Hill and other Memorial Sloan Kettering.
Persons close to the rav report doctors are doing everything possible to save the rav. In the interim, tefilos on behalf of the rav are ongoing.
The rav’s name for Tehillim is Yoshiyahu Yosef ben Zari bsoch sh’ar cholei yisrael.
