Binyamin region fire rescue was on hand early Thursday morning 6 Shevat, standing by if needed to assist in the completion of the eviction of Amona. The personnel on hand are highly trained in aspects of rappelling and climbing in addition to rescue technics. The force was headed by Binyamin Command Momi Lubiner.

It was also pointed out that a flammable substance was poured on the road earlier to make it slippery and police want fire personnel on hand in the event the substance is ignited.
