TRAGEDY: Moscow Jewish University Student Killed In MVA In Russia; Another Critical


In a serious road accident that occurred on Friday, 12 Teves, on the road between Rostov and Sochi in Russia, a student of the Moscow Jewish University, Shalom Shapira z”l, was killed. Another student, Shimon Ben Irina Nisanov was injured and remains in serious condition. Both of them attended the Ohr Avner school in Rostov.

Chief Rabbi of Rostov and Chabad Shaliach Rabbi Chaim Danziger, says that the injured student is now being treated in Sochi.

The funeral of the student killed will be held in Rostov, with the participation of the director and rabbi of the university, Rabbi Shalom Ber Goldberg and many students.
