After an earlier warning to all Israeli diplomats in NYC due to a credible threat, a suspect was arrested a short time ago at the entrance of the Israeli consulate in New York.

Ambassador Dani Dayan tweeted “A security alert was declared this morning in the Israeli Consulate General in New York. A suspect is now under NYPD custody. The staff is well. The morale is high.”

The lock-down ane threat has been cancelled.
