VIDEO/PHOTOS: Inclement Weather & A Serious MVA In Gush Etzion

A serious vehicular accident occurred on Thursday morning, March 14, 2019, between Givot and Kibbutz Kfar Etzion.

Responders from Rescuers without Borders were first on the scene of the serious accident, followed by IDF military medical personnel. MDA reports the accident occurred on route 367 near Givat Junction.

It appears that a vehicle carrying four chareidim slid due to inclement weather conditions and was hit by another vehicle. Four victims from a private vehicle including a 13-year-old male in serious condition, suffering multisystem trauma, were treated. The 13-year-old was sedated and intubated prior to transport to a trauma center. In 18-year-old female who was conscious was listed in moderate condition. She sustained thoracic and abdominal injuries. A 30-year-old male was listed in light-to-moderate condition and the vehicle’s driver, a male about 40 years old, was listed as light.
