There is concern for the well-being of the Sadigura Rebbe Shlita, who is hospitalized in Los Angeles as a result of a severe systemic infection. According to reports, the Rebbe, who is a member of the Moetzas Gedolei Torah of Agudas Yisrael in Eretz Yisroel, is in need of Rachmei Shomayim. The Rebbe’s name for tefilos is Yisrael Moshe ben Tziporah Feige for a refuah shleima bsoch sha’ar cholei yisrael.

As a result of the Rebbe’s condition, there are ongoing tefilos for the Rebbe’s condition among chassidim and others around the world.

According to a BeChadrei Chareidim report, the Rebbe has not been feeling well for the past two months, and has been in Los Angeles for medical treatment. He is now hospitalized after the severe infection has been detected.

  1. The man is suffering from cancer in an area that is life-threatening for a while now I’m sure whoever wrote this article knows it , so either report the true facts or don’t report at all

  2. How is the Rebbe’s name written: ציפורה פיגא or צפורה פייגא? Anyway he should have a refua shleima.

  3. Avremimi….does the spelling really matter??? You are not being asked to design a matzevah!! Just to daven for his recovery. The Ebeshter will know who you are referring to with one yud or two

  4. Yes, the spelling of names does matter. In the circumstances in which the Rebbe finds himself your flippant comment about designing a matzeva is highly insensitive and uncalled for. He should have a refua shleima.

  5. @Dora

There are many things including kabbalistic in the spelling and accurate spellings of names and specifically in regards to saying tehilim for someone which you are unaware of.

If you are uninformed, it’s best not to criticize someone.

  6. If you are SAYING tehillim for a choleh, one yud or two is irrelevant. That is generally the point of providing the name with respect to a choleh. We all wish for a refuah shelamah, one yud or two…

  7. He is not 1 “י” or 2 “י”. The Rebbe Shlita, who should have a complete Refuoh, is a Yid who brings Yidden together with Achdus and Simcha to serve the HKBH
