A dramatic incident in northern Shomron ended without injuries Monday morning after the driver of a heavy concrete pump truck managed to jump from the vehicle moments before it plunged into a ravine.

Security camera footage shows the truck losing control while traveling down a steep road, gaining speed before striking a parked truck and smashing through a concrete barrier.

With the truck seconds away from going over the edge, the driver opened the door and jumped onto the roadway, rolling across the pavement as the truck continued forward and fell into the ravine.

Remarkably, the driver quickly got back to his feet and escaped without injury. Nearby residents and motorists rushed over to assist him following the frightening incident.
