Dramatic footage from aboard the flydubai flight to Tel Aviv captures the terrifying moments immediately after the Boeing 737 MAX suddenly plunged from 34,000 feet toward the ground.

Flight data shows the aircraft dropped to approximately 17,000 feet in under a minute while accelerating from 411 knots to nearly 600 knots.

The plane briefly recovered to 21,725 feet before plunging again — this time to just under 15,000 feet.

Video recorded inside the cabin shows visibly shaken passengers in the immediate aftermath of the violent descent, as the extraordinary emergency unfolded aboard the aircraft.

For approximately the next hour, the jet struggled to maintain a consistent altitude, remaining around 15,000 feet — an indication that it was apparently being flown manually rather than by autopilot.

The terrifying plunge occurred amid the mid-air incident in which Israeli officials increasingly believe the copilot attacked the captain and attempted to crash the aircraft.
