WoW Petitions The High Court: Nothing Is Done To Stop Their Adversaries

The Women of the Wall (WoW) organization has taken their case to the High Court of Justice once again, this time against Israel Police and Kosel Rav Rabbi Shmuel Rabinowitz for not taken the measures they should to stop WoW opponents towards permitting them to daven in the women’s section of the Kosel.

The petition explains that have fallen victim to the ongoing dispute between agencies including police, Rabbi Rabinowitz and the Kotel Heritage Foundation.

The petitioners are calling on the court to order the Kosel Heritage Foundation, Israel Police and Rabbi Rabinowitz to explain why they do not guarantee their legal right to daven at the Kosel without interruption and why the necessary measures are not taken to halt the physical and verbal violence directed against them to disrupt their prayer services.

  1. These women should realise that the High Court is just that, the High Court, not a place for cry babies to run to every two minutes with their babyish tantrums.

  2. Better Yet, why are a few radical leftist, anti-religious women allowed to disrupt the davening of the frum women who are at the Kotel to pray, not to put on a provocative show.WOW are the “masculinists” ,we frum women are the true “feminists”, we want to pray as women, not dressed as men or to pray in minyans like men.
