WATCH: A 52-year-old Liberty man was arrested after burglarizing the Sullivan County Golf Club on July 4. Village of Liberty Police officers responded to a mutual aid call, apprehended the suspect after a brief foot pursuit, and charged him with burglary, resisting arrest, petit larceny, and criminal trespass. Investigators also linked him to a burglary at the same location the previous night. He was remanded to the Sullivan County Jail pending further proceedings.
