Over the past week, an IDF Home Front Command expert delegation continued operating in Venezuela, assessing damaged structures and classifying buildings to allow search, rescue, and recovery efforts to proceed safely.

The delegation also visited affected sites, briefed residents on building conditions, and carried out engineering assessments. In addition, implementation began on a national earthquake recovery plan developed by Home Front Command experts in Israel and approved by Venezuela’s president, infrastructure minister, and the local team overseeing the project.
