The Houthis announced an immediate maritime ban targeting Saudi Arabia, saying they would answer what they described as a Saudi blockade of Yemen with a blockade of their own under a “siege for siege” policy. The move followed a sharp escalation after the Houthis launched missiles toward Abha Airport in response to strikes on Sanaa’s airport.
