A federal judge on Wednesday cleared the way for the Trump administration to end Temporary Protected Status for approximately 350,000 Haitians in the United States.
U.S. District Judge Ana C. Reyes reversed her earlier order blocking the termination after the Supreme Court ruled in June that federal law bars judicial review of TPS determinations. The protections are no longer in effect as of Wednesday.
