O’HARE TROUBLE: Three Passenger Jets Suffer Tire Failures In Less Than A Week

Three passenger jets have suffered tire failures at Chicago O’Hare in less than a week, prompting FAA investigations.

On Monday, American Airlines Flight 386 from LaGuardia blew two tires after landing safely at O’Hare, while United Flight 739 from Omaha suffered tire damage hours later. Just days earlier, another United flight bound for Phoenix was forced to abort takeoff after blowing tires on the runway.

No injuries were reported in any of the incidents.
