The High Court began hearing Likud’s petition Wednesday challenging a Central Elections Committee decision barring polling-station representatives from sending party headquarters real-time information about which registered voters have cast ballots.

Likud argues the restriction will interfere with election-day operations traditionally used by political parties to identify supporters who have not yet voted.
