Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says Ukrainian forces carried out overnight strikes against Russia’s Yaroslavl oil refinery and an airbase in Rostov-on-Don.
Zelensky said an An-12 transport aircraft, two An-26 aircraft and three helicopters were targeted at the airfield. He also reported “good results” in the Black Sea, with footage showing drones striking vessels.
