The Midwest’s Most Prestigious Real Estate Firms Host Eastern Union’s President Ira Zlotowitz This Week, As He Presents To The Local Detroit, Cincinnati, And Cleveland Communities

With the latest adoptions of technology and the recent law changes regarding crowdfunding, the hottest trend in real estate is the participation and syndication of bridge loans.

Nine of the Midwest’s leading firms are hosting a free seminar on the real estate industry featuring Ira Zlotowitz, the nationally prominent founder and president of Eastern Union, to explain how the average person can start making money by brokering, participating or syndicating bridge loans.

“Over the last 3 years, Eastern Union has been blessed to close over $12 billion in debt and equity financing,” said Mr. Zlotowitz, “and, over the last year, around 30% of this was bridge and structured loans, and many from private lenders and funds.”

This is the continuation of a nationwide education initiative, where #TheIraTour will be joining the leading real estate professionals of every major city and enable more people to succeed in the commercial real estate industry.

These Midwest free crash-courses are hosted by Aidenbaum Schloff and Bloom LLC, Apple Growth Partners, Cantor Insurance Group, David Snow CPA, Kozuch Insurance Services, Madison Title Agency, M.S. Title Agency, Ritter & Randolph LLC, and Ulmer & Berne LLP.

The presentation, which will focus on participating in or the syndication of bridge loans, will be followed by a question-and-answer session featuring both Mr. Zlotowitz and representatives of the hosting companies.

The event will be live-streamed for those that can’t attend in person.

“When people seek a suitable entry point into this sector, they often assume their first step must involve investing some manageable amount of equity as part of a syndicate of investors,” he said. “But another rewarding pathway is to play a role in the syndication of loans. That will be our focus this week.”

“All attendees are certain to benefit from this seminar, as this is a great source for real estate education, and can provide the opportunity for potential careers in finance, real estate or business, potentially part-time,” said Yosef Zoimen of Ritter & Randolph. “Ira Zlotowitz is respected across America as a real estate luminary. It’s a privilege to have him share his expertise with aspiring professionals in our area.”
