Maran Hagon Rav Shteinman Shlita arrived in Newark Airport early Sunday morning on a visit to give Chizuk to Yidden living in the USA & Mexico.
Upon his arrival, the Gadol Hador with the utmost Kavod and Derech Eretz by the US Customs Officials, and the Port Authority Police, and was immediately taken to a private room to Daven Shacharis at Vasikin. After finishing Davening, he was driven to a private jet, and took off to Mexico – where he will be staying for the next two days.
All arrangements in the airport were arranged by Yanky Meyer of the Misaskim Organization.
Rav Shteinman will be retuning to the NY/NJ area in two days, and will visit Monsey, Lakewood and other locations.
Additionally, on the same flight was Hagon Rav Nosson Tzvi Finkel Shlita, the Rosh Yeshiva of Mir Yerushalayim. He too was taken off the plane, and quickly driven to Lakewood – where he Davened Shacharis, and delivered a Shiur.

HaRav Aaron Leib Shteinman in Toluca, Mexico
HaRav Aaron Leib Shteinman landed today in Toluca, Mexico. A large crowd greeted his jet at the airport and thousands are expected to come and hear him deliver divrei chizuk this evening.

any idea of his NYC schedule?
I heard that the Rov keeps Shabbos according to the time zone of E”Y even when he is here.
They brought a Rayah, because no-where in Chazal do we find a Heter to use our time zone here in the USA, and to do a Melochoh, when it’s already Shabbos in E”Y.
Only a Talmud Chochum like him, can say, “no-where in Chazal” is time-zones mentioned. That includes Bavlu and Yerushalmeh.
Perhaps we should all stop eating Erev Yom-Kippur, when it is already Yom Kippur in E”Y. That is where HKB”H resides.
That sounds absurd.
Does the same apply Motzei Shabbos?
