Kosher Miami has issued the following statement regarding the recent rumors which have been reported regarding the Kashrus status at Fu Xing restaurant in NMB [reported HERE on YWN]:

It has come to our attention that there are many conflicting reports circulating in the community regarding the events that occurred last week at Fu Xing, and that the community would like the Vaad HaKashrus to clarify the facts.

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to disclose to the public any further information, due to the ongoing investigation of the facts.  This case, as is with most cases, is more complex than it appears on the surface, and we urge the community not to jump to conclusions or believe any of the rumors that are being circulated.

We would like to reassure the public that the Vaad HaKashrus is diligently working to maintain the highest standards of kashrus in all of our establishments, and that when necessary, swift and definitive actions are taken to ensure that these standards are maintained.
