I would like to let the entire coffee room know that a group of frum students at Brooklyn College are hosting a bone marrow registration drive. Too many chronically ill children in our community, both Ashkenazi and Sephardic, are waiting for a suitable bone marrow match and their best chance is finding someone of similar genetic background. You do not have to be a Brooklyn College student to participate; the entire community is welcome and encouraged to participate. There is no charge to join the bone marrow registry if you do so at our drive. The drives will take place on Tuesday May 1st from 12:30-7:00 pm at Brooklyn College’s Whitehead Hall.
