To change your YWN/Coffee Room password to whatever you like (instead of using the long randomly generated password issued at the time you established your account):

On top of the Coffee Room page:

At “Welcome, MyScreenName” – click on your screen name

    click “Edit”

enter the new password you would like

    click “Update Profile”

You can use the above instructions to change the e-mail address (which can be used for password recovery) your account is registered with as well.

Kasha – A sheinem danke. This was driving me nuts. Everytime that I needed to enter my password, I had to search for the paper that I wrote it on. It was a random mixture of letters, numbers and symbols that I couldn’t seem to commit to memory. It is now all fixed. A leben auf dine keppy.

You can also change your password here, surprisingly it seems quite a few people didn’t know.

Just dont use your online banking password here, as who knows who can access it. In fact, they recommend to never reuse passwords between different websites, but then you’ll have to remember over a hundred passwords, to access all your sites.

if you have windows 7 or something, you can have sticky notse on your desktop and keep it there, copying and pasting everytime. but this really helps!!

maybe can you put this as a sticky??
