He is what may be described as the "Mashgiach's Mashgiach"
The 1st time I met him was back in 1984.
In which hospital in Manhattan is he at?
Is he receiving visitors?

I think we should split up shifts to learn Torah on his behalf since everyone else stopped learning it and already plenty of people saying tehillim.
