   The best way to teach kids is through example. If we want our kids to have good middos, we do it too and it'll overflow to them. of course, sometimes we forget, since we're human. But the way to remember is to remind ourself that we are a Torah Jew and want to be a good example. This is also good for kiruv.
   Plus, if we practice with joy, that spills over to others also.
