8:10AM EST: A broken rail at the Delancey Street Subway Station has caused a disruption in service on Coney Island-bound F trains between 2nd Ave. and Jay St.-Borough Hall. Selected Coney Island-bound F trains are running via the G line between Queens Plaza and Hoyt Schermerhorn, and the A line between W. 4th St.-Washington Square and Jay St.- Borough Hall.
