     A beer is supposed to have a head, but of a controlled size. The correct way to pour a beer is against the glass for the first 75% of the way up and then directly for the next 10%-15%, giving a slight head. Adjust based on personal preference.

     ah- now we know what squeak's "profession" was in his younger years ;) mamish a pro… do they pay minimum wage?
